Common Questions about our Pool Chaise

My Pool Chaise is losing air

Some factors that may be affecting the air in your Pool Chaise:

  • Rapid changes in temperature (increase or decrease) may affect the air inside your float. It may only need a bit of a top up.
  • The valve may not be tight. Please ensure that both components of the valve are fully tightened. Often one may be tight but air is escaping through the other piece.
  • There is a small puncture or tear. If you suspect a small puncture or tear in your Pool Chaise, and you have checked all of the above, please reach out to us immediately. If the puncture or tear happened after you received your Pool Chaise, we have included TPU patches in your package to extend the life of your Chaise.
How do I store the Pool Chaise

While the Pool Chaise is meant to be used in and out of the water, it is upholstered in outdoor fabric just like your outdoor furniture. Our covers are made of Olefin, which is extremely durable, but can show wear and tear with normal use like anything else. It is important not to leave the Pool Chaise in the pool or out in the elements. When not in use deflate and store in a dry place.

I got a stain on my Pool Chaise

Don't worry! The cover on your Pool Chaise is made of Olefin and is machine washable (don't put it in the dryer though). Olefin is naturally stain and mold and mildew resistant but as we all know things happen! Please refer our Care Guide for detailed instructions on how to care for your cover.
